Oh how I long for summer!!! It’s mid February and the snow is in full force, Valentine’s Day has passed and the holidays are long over. Spring is on the horizon and summer still seems like a far away dream. I love thumbing through past weddings with all their color and vibrancy to get me in the sunny mood.

When we were asked to collaborate on this Boho Summer Garden styled shoot by the very talented Sierra Dyer, I was beyond excited. I’m a huge fan of natural flowers in the hair and all things orange and sunny! I mean, just check out this insanely amazing bridal headdress created by Bear Roots Floral!

For the bride we really wanted to let those flowers shine and opted for an effortlessly flowing half-up/half-down style with lots of tousled curls working with her own natural texture. The overall look was modern meets vintage meets boho making for the perfect summer dream.
